Well, my effective marketing methods are nothing secret. I am extremely aggressive in my marketing efforts and I use online property portals, social media, websites and print media to get my listings in front of as many potential clients as possible.  

Effective Marketing Method Number 1: Aggressive advertising on Singapore’s leading property portals.

This is a definite must as most buyers tend to search for properties on online portals. 

Effective Marketing Method Number 2: Aggressive advertising on Classifieds.

This is necessary as some less tech-savvy buyers still depend on print media. 

My adverts are usually the first advert in the respective categories. 

Effective Marketing Method Number 3: Aggressive advertising on Social Media.

I can reach out to a large group of audience on social media. I advertise EXTREMELY AGGRESSIVELY on Facebook and have SOLD many properties through Facebook marketing.

I use Facebook to target the RIGHT GROUP of buyers through DEMOGRAPHICS and LOCATION. Just take a look at the responses I get.

Effective Marketing Method Number 4: Reaching out to buyers through my website.

I can reach out to a large group of audience through my website www.lovelyhomes.com.sg. My website provides updated information about property launches, news and buying guides. A lot of buyers contact me and my team through our website. We also advertise our website aggressively overseas and we get overseas buyers through our website.

My website www.lovelyhomes.com.sg is one of the more popular property websites in Singapore. We are ranked rather high in Singapore. You may do a search on Alexa.

Effective Marketing Method Number 5: Reaching out to my extensive database.

I have over 50,000 contacts of potential buyers. This database was accumulated since I joined the real estate industry in 2004. 

Effective Marketing Method Number 6: Reaching out to my network of agents.

I am in ERA Realty Network Pte Ltd, Singapore’s largest real estate company with over 6000 agents. 

ERA’s Singapore market share is the highest. ERA has 46% of the Private Residential Market Share and 49% of the HDB Market Share. When you list your property with me, I will reach out to all of my colleagues in ERA as well as other co-broke agents from other real estate companies. 

ERA is a global brand. If you want your property to be seen by both local and overseas buyers, you should list your property with ERA.
